1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website, requesting an estimate, or booking a service with Pure Essence Cleaning (“Pure Essence,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or book a service. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Services and service area
Pure Essence provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Atlanta, Georgia, and selected surrounding communities. Services may include recurring cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in or move-out cleaning, and commercial cleaning. Availability depends on location, property condition, requested scope, scheduling, and safety considerations.
3. Estimates, scope, and scheduling
- Website content and telephone discussions are general information and do not create a booking by themselves.
- An estimate is based on the information available when it is prepared. The final price or timing may change if the property condition, size, access, requested work, or other material facts differ.
- Any material change to the agreed scope or price will be communicated before the additional work is performed.
- A booking is confirmed only when we communicate acceptance of the service date, scope, and applicable price or pricing method.
4. Client responsibilities and property access
You agree to provide safe and timely access to the service location, working utilities where reasonably needed, accurate instructions, and notice of pets, alarms, fragile items, special surfaces, biohazards, pests, weapons, or other conditions that could affect the work. Please secure cash, jewelry, confidential materials, medications, and other valuables before service.
We may decline, pause, or end work when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, outside the agreed scope, or materially different from what was disclosed.
5. Cancellations and rescheduling
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any cancellation fee, lockout fee, minimum notice period, deposit treatment, or other appointment-specific policy will be disclosed during booking and applies only when communicated and accepted before the service.
6. Payment
Prices, deposits, payment timing, accepted methods, and any applicable taxes will be communicated in connection with the estimate or booking. You agree to pay approved charges for completed services according to those terms. Do not send payment card numbers by ordinary text message.
7. Service concerns
Please report a service concern promptly and provide a reasonable opportunity for us to review it. When appropriate, we may offer a touch-up or another reasonable resolution. Results can vary based on age, wear, damage, material condition, staining, and prior treatment; we cannot promise that every stain, odor, mark, or condition can be fully removed.
8. Damage, pre-existing conditions, and legal rights
Tell us about delicate, damaged, unstable, or specially treated items and surfaces before work begins. Pure Essence is not responsible for ordinary wear, pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or damage caused by inaccurate or incomplete care instructions.
To the extent permitted by law, Pure Essence will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Photos and marketing
We may take photos to document property condition, completed work, or a service concern. We will request permission before using identifiable client photos for marketing, testimonials, or before-and-after displays. Permission may be withdrawn for future use by contacting us, subject to materials already lawfully distributed or other legal requirements.
10. Calls and text messages
When you call or text us, you authorize Pure Essence to respond with service-related communications at the number you use or provide. Message and data rates may apply. Initiating contact does not enroll you in recurring promotional texts, and you may ask us to stop nonessential promotional messages at any time.
11. Website content and acceptable use
The website, brand, design, text, and original content are owned by or licensed to Pure Essence and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
12. Website availability and third-party services
We may change, suspend, or discontinue website features at any time. Telephone, text, hosting, maps, or other third-party services are controlled by their providers and may be subject to separate terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability or content.
13. Privacy

14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that is not resolved informally may be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Georgia. Mandatory rights and remedies available under applicable consumer protection law remain unaffected.
15. Changes and severability
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
